What information is needed for an estimate?
Provide item groups, estimated volume or counts, photos when useful, the floor and removal route, loading access, time restrictions, and anything unusually heavy or requiring disassembly.
Do you take hazardous waste from businesses?
Do not assume so. Tennessee’s household hazardous-waste program is for households, not ordinary business waste. Identify chemicals, paint-related material, batteries, lamps, fuels, aerosols, medical material, and similar items before scheduling so the correct provider can be found.
Can electronics be included?
List them separately. Tennessee says a business may recycle e-scrap or make the required hazardous-waste determination before disposal. Data-bearing equipment also needs an owner-approved data security plan.
Can a cleanout happen outside normal business traffic?

Do items need to be boxed?

Is donation or recycling guaranteed?
No. Reuse and recycling depend on condition, material, market, facility rules, and available partners. Confirm the available route for the actual material before scheduling.
How should sensitive documents and devices be handled?
Remove confidential paper and data-bearing devices from the general load unless a documented destruction or data-handling process has been agreed in advance.
